This policy explains how returns, refunds, and transactions are handled on SearchPify.

1. Products displayed on SearchPify

SearchPify is a product-discovery and referral platform. We do not directly sell, ship, fulfill, or process payments for products displayed on SearchPify.

When you select a product, you may be redirected to the original seller’s Shopify website to complete your purchase.

All product-related matters must be handled directly with the original seller, including:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Order cancellations

  • Shipping concerns

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Product warranties

  • Payment disputes

  • Customer service and after-sales support

SearchPify cannot process or issue refunds for products purchased from third-party sellers because the transaction does not take place through SearchPify. This follows SearchPify’s operating model, under which sellers remain responsible for their products and transactions.

2. SearchPify Coin purchases

The only purchases processed directly by SearchPify are purchases of SearchPify Coins.

Each SearchPify Coin costs US$5 and is purchased through PayPal. One coin may be used to submit one eligible Shopify product URL for review.

All SearchPify Coin purchases are final.

SearchPify Coins are:

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Not exchangeable for cash

  • Not redeemable outside SearchPify

Free SearchPify Coins have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, sold, or exchanged.

3. Used coins

A SearchPify Coin is considered used immediately after a product URL is submitted for review.

Once a coin has been used, it will not be returned, restored, exchanged, or refunded, even when:

  • The submission is rejected.

  • The product is not approved or published.

  • The submitted URL is incorrect.

  • The page is not a Shopify product page.

  • The product page is broken, unavailable, or password-protected.

  • The submission contains incomplete or inaccurate information.

  • The submitter cannot confirm ownership or permission.

  • The product violates SearchPify’s rules.

  • The user withdraws or changes their mind.

  • The seller removes or changes the original product page.

  • The listing does not produce the expected results.

Using a coin starts the review process. It does not guarantee approval or publication.

4. No guaranteed results

Purchasing or using a SearchPify Coin does not guarantee:

  • Product approval

  • Publication

  • Search-engine indexing

  • Search rankings

  • Website traffic

  • Leads

  • Customers

  • Sales

  • Backlink performance

  • A specific SEO result

A lack of indexing, rankings, traffic, leads, or sales does not qualify a coin purchase for a refund.

5. Payment or technical errors

Customers should contact SearchPify if they believe:

  • They were charged more than once for the same purchase.

  • The payment amount was incorrect.

  • Purchased coins were not added to their account.

  • A technical error deducted a coin without creating a submission.

  • A transaction was unauthorized.

SearchPify will investigate verified payment and technical errors. When an error is confirmed, SearchPify may correct the coin balance or reverse an incorrect charge when appropriate.

This section does not create a general right to return or refund SearchPify Coins.

6. PayPal transactions

SearchPify Coin payments are processed through PayPal. Customers may also be subject to PayPal’s terms, dispute procedures, and applicable buyer-protection rules. (PayPal)

7. Acceptance of this policy

By purchasing or using SearchPify Coins, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • SearchPify Coins are digital credits.

  • All coin purchases are final.

  • SearchPify does not provide returns or refunds for coins.

  • One coin is used for each product submission.

  • Submission does not guarantee approval or results.

  • SearchPify does not process transactions for products displayed by third-party sellers.

8. Applicable law

Nothing in this policy removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
