This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how product shipping and the digital delivery of SearchPify Coins are handled on SearchPify.com.

1. SearchPify does not ship physical products

SearchPify is a product-discovery and referral platform.

SearchPify does not directly sell, store, package, ship, or deliver the physical products displayed on SearchPify.com.

When you select a product on SearchPify, you may be redirected to the original seller’s Shopify website to view the product or complete your purchase.

The product order and payment are completed directly with the original seller, not with SearchPify.

2. Shipping is managed by the original seller

Each seller is solely responsible for its own:

  • Shipping destinations

  • Shipping rates

  • Delivery timeframes

  • Carriers and delivery providers

  • Order processing times

  • Tracking information

  • Address changes

  • Import duties and customs fees

  • Taxes and additional charges

  • Delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds

  • Customer service and after-sales support

Shipping information shown on SearchPify is provided for general product-discovery purposes only.

Please review the seller’s shipping policy before completing a purchase.

3. Contacting the seller

Questions about a physical product order must be sent directly to the seller that accepted the payment.

This includes questions about:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping charges

  • Delivery estimates

  • Tracking numbers

  • Delayed packages

  • Incorrect delivery addresses

  • Missing packages

  • Damaged products

  • International delivery

  • Customs or import charges

SearchPify cannot access, modify, cancel, track, replace, or refund an order placed through a third-party seller’s website.

4. Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate displayed by a seller is controlled by that seller and its delivery providers.

SearchPify does not guarantee:

  • A specific dispatch date

  • A specific delivery date

  • Carrier availability

  • International delivery

  • Customs clearance

  • Successful delivery

  • The accuracy of seller-provided shipping information

Delivery times may be affected by the seller’s processing time, destination, carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, holidays, or other circumstances outside SearchPify’s control.

5. International orders, taxes, and customs

The original seller decides whether international shipping is available.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by their country or delivery provider.

SearchPify does not calculate, collect, control, or refund these charges for third-party product purchases.

Please contact the original seller or your local customs authority for more information.

6. SearchPify Coins are delivered digitally

SearchPify Coins are digital credits and do not require physical shipping.

Additional SearchPify Coins cost US$5 each and are purchased through PayPal.

After a successful payment is confirmed, purchased coins are delivered electronically to the customer’s SearchPify account.

No physical item, package, or shipping confirmation will be sent.

7. Missing digital coins

If your PayPal payment was completed but the purchased SearchPify Coins do not appear in your account, contact SearchPify at:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your SearchPify account email

  • Your PayPal transaction ID

  • The date of purchase

  • The number of coins purchased

  • A screenshot or receipt showing the completed payment

SearchPify will review the account and payment records and correct verified delivery errors when appropriate.

8. No shipping charges for SearchPify Coins

SearchPify does not charge shipping or delivery fees for SearchPify Coins because they are digital credits.

Any shipping charge shown on a third-party seller’s website relates only to the seller’s products and is not collected or controlled by SearchPify.

9. Third-party shipping policies

A third-party seller’s shipping policy applies to products purchased from that seller.

If there is a difference between information displayed on SearchPify and information shown on the seller’s Shopify website, the seller’s current website information will apply to the transaction.

SearchPify is not responsible for changes made by sellers to their shipping prices, destinations, carriers, processing times, or delivery terms.

10. Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SearchPify is not responsible for losses, expenses, delays, damages, disputes, or claims involving the shipping or delivery of third-party products.

Nothing in this policy limits any legal right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Policy updates

SearchPify may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy when its services, platform operations, or legal obligations change.

Updates will be published on SearchPify.com with a revised effective date.
