Welcome to SearchPify.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SearchPify.com, your SearchPify account, SearchPify Coins, product-submission services, product and brand pages, and any related services provided by SearchPify.

By accessing SearchPify.com, creating an account, purchasing or using SearchPify Coins, submitting a product, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Please do not use SearchPify if you do not agree to these Terms.

1. About SearchPify

SearchPify is a product-discovery and referral platform for Shopify businesses.

Eligible businesses may submit Shopify product-page URLs for review. SearchPify may create structured product and brand pages for approved submissions and direct interested shoppers to the original seller’s Shopify website.

SearchPify does not normally sell, ship, manufacture, stock, or fulfill the third-party products displayed on the platform.

SearchPify does not process purchases between shoppers and third-party sellers. The only transactions processed directly by SearchPify are purchases of SearchPify Coins or other services clearly identified as being sold directly by SearchPify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, purchase SearchPify Coins, or submit products.

When using SearchPify for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that business.

You may not use SearchPify where doing so would violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, court orders, or contractual obligations.

3. SearchPify accounts

Certain services require a SearchPify account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account.

  • Promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.

  • Notify SearchPify if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

SearchPify may request additional information to verify your identity, business, Shopify store, ownership, authority, payment, or product submission.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that contain inaccurate information, appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or create a risk to SearchPify, sellers, shoppers, or third parties.

4. Free SearchPify Coins

Each eligible new SearchPify account receives exactly three free SearchPify Coins once, after the first successful login.

Free SearchPify Coins:

  • Are provided only once per eligible account.

  • Do not renew or reset monthly.

  • Have no cash value.

  • Cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.

  • Cannot be refunded.

  • May only be used through the SearchPify account that received them.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free coins is prohibited.

SearchPify may remove free coins obtained through duplicate accounts, fraud, abuse, automated registrations, false information, or other violations of these Terms.

5. Paid SearchPify Coins

Additional SearchPify Coins cost US$5 per coin.

PayPal is the only payment method currently accepted for SearchPify Coin purchases.

One SearchPify Coin allows the account holder to submit one eligible Shopify product URL for review.

SearchPify Coins are digital submission credits. They are not money, cryptocurrency, financial instruments, gift cards, investments, or ownership interests in SearchPify.

Purchasing a coin does not purchase approval, publication, rankings, backlinks, traffic, customers, leads, or sales.

6. No-return and no-refund policy

All SearchPify Coin purchases are final.

SearchPify Coins are:

  • Non-returnable.

  • Non-refundable.

  • Non-transferable.

  • Not exchangeable for cash.

  • Not redeemable outside SearchPify.

A SearchPify Coin is considered used as soon as a product URL is submitted for review.

A used coin will not be returned, restored, exchanged, or refunded because:

  • The product is rejected.

  • The submission is withdrawn.

  • The user changes their mind.

  • The submitted URL is incorrect.

  • The URL is not an eligible Shopify product page.

  • The page is unavailable, private, password-protected, broken, or redirected.

  • The submitter cannot verify ownership or permission.

  • The product violates SearchPify policies.

  • The product does not receive the expected visibility.

  • The listing is not indexed or ranked by search engines.

  • The listing does not generate traffic, customers, leads, or sales.

  • The original seller changes or removes the Shopify product page.

  • SearchPify removes the listing for a policy, safety, accuracy, legal, or intellectual-property concern.

SearchPify may correct a verified duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, incorrect charge, missing coin credit, or technical error. SearchPify may resolve a technical error by correcting the account balance rather than issuing a monetary refund.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

PayPal transactions may also be subject to PayPal’s separate terms, policies, investigation procedures, and dispute decisions.

7. Eligible product submissions

SearchPify accepts only full URLs for individual product pages hosted on Shopify storefronts.

An eligible product URL must:

  • Begin with a valid web address.

  • Open directly to one specific product.

  • Be publicly accessible without a password or login.

  • Remain active during the review process.

  • Clearly show the product title and description.

  • Include accurate product images.

  • Include current purchase or pricing information.

  • Belong to a store owned or represented by the submitter.

  • Comply with SearchPify’s standards and applicable law.

SearchPify does not accept:

  • Store homepages.

  • Collection or category pages.

  • Cart or checkout links.

  • Shortened or concealed URLs.

  • Non-Shopify product pages.

  • Marketplace product listings.

  • Password-protected stores.

  • Broken links.

  • Misleading redirects.

  • Products the submitter is not authorized to represent.

8. Product-submission authorization

By submitting a product URL, you confirm that:

  • You own the Shopify store or are authorized to represent it.

  • You have permission from the relevant store owner when required.

  • The submitted information is accurate and not misleading.

  • You have the rights and permissions needed for the submitted product information, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, names, graphics, and other materials.

  • The product may lawfully be promoted, displayed, and sold.

  • SearchPify may use the submitted materials to create, operate, review, promote, and maintain SearchPify product and brand pages.

You grant SearchPify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, reproduce, edit, format, resize, adapt, optimize, display, publish, distribute, and use authorized submitted materials for:

  • Reviewing the submission.

  • Creating SearchPify product pages.

  • Creating SearchPify brand or collection pages.

  • Improving titles, descriptions, keywords, structure, and metadata.

  • Displaying approved products on SearchPify.

  • Promoting approved SearchPify listings.

  • Directing shoppers to the original Shopify product page.

  • Investigating complaints or policy violations.

You retain ownership of your original content and brand assets.

SearchPify does not claim ownership of a seller’s product photographs, trademarks, logos, or original materials.

9. Submission review

Every submission is subject to review.

Using a SearchPify Coin starts the review process but does not guarantee approval or publication.

SearchPify may:

  • Approve a submission.

  • Reject a submission.

  • Request additional information.

  • Require corrections or a new URL.

  • Delay publication while information is verified.

  • Edit page structure and wording.

  • Refuse or remove a product at any time.

  • Limit the number or type of submissions accepted.

SearchPify may reject or remove products involving:

  • Illegal, prohibited, or restricted items.

  • Counterfeit or stolen products.

  • Unsafe or deceptive products.

  • Inaccurate or misleading claims.

  • Unsupported medical, financial, environmental, or performance claims.

  • Intellectual-property concerns.

  • Unverified ownership or authorization.

  • Poor-quality, incomplete, or conflicting information.

  • Broken, redirected, or inactive Shopify pages.

  • Products that may harm SearchPify’s users, reputation, operations, or legal compliance.

SearchPify’s review decision is final unless SearchPify chooses to reconsider it.

10. Product-page creation and editorial control

SearchPify controls the structure, formatting, presentation, categorization, metadata, and publication of SearchPify pages.

SearchPify may create original descriptions based on verified seller information. SearchPify may improve grammar, organization, titles, descriptions, keywords, image descriptions, page structure, and metadata.

SearchPify will make reasonable efforts not to change verified product facts.

Approval of a product does not mean SearchPify endorses, certifies, guarantees, or recommends the product or seller.

SearchPify may update or remove a listing when the original product information changes, becomes unavailable, or raises a legal, accuracy, quality, intellectual-property, or safety concern.

11. Search visibility and SEO

SearchPify pages are structured to support product discovery, search visibility, referral opportunities, and links to the original Shopify product page.

Search engines independently decide whether and when a page is crawled, indexed, displayed, or ranked.

SearchPify does not guarantee:

  • Search-engine indexing.

  • A particular ranking.

  • A ranking timeframe.

  • Website traffic.

  • Referral visits.

  • Leads or customers.

  • Sales or revenue.

  • Backlink performance.

  • Domain-authority changes.

  • Permanent listings or rankings.

  • Any specific SEO result.

Businesses should allow at least three months before making an early assessment of visible SEO progress. Three months is a review point and not a guarantee of results.

Results may vary because of competition, search demand, website authority, source-page quality, technical conditions, algorithm changes, and other factors outside SearchPify’s control.

12. Third-party products and sellers

Products displayed on SearchPify are generally offered by independent third-party sellers.

SearchPify is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, shipper, fulfillment provider, or payment processor for those products.

When a shopper visits a seller’s website, the shopper leaves SearchPify and becomes subject to the seller’s terms, privacy practices, payment procedures, and policies.

The original seller is responsible for:

  • Product ownership and legality.

  • Product descriptions and claims.

  • Pricing.

  • Taxes.

  • Availability and inventory.

  • Payment processing.

  • Order confirmation.

  • Shipping and delivery.

  • Returns and exchanges.

  • Refunds and cancellations.

  • Warranties.

  • Customer service.

  • Product safety.

  • After-sales support.

SearchPify cannot issue refunds for products purchased from third-party sellers because SearchPify does not process those product transactions.

Questions regarding a third-party order must be sent directly to the seller that processed the payment.

13. Third-party websites

SearchPify contains links to Shopify stores and other third-party websites.

SearchPify does not control every third-party website and is not responsible for its content, availability, security, policies, representations, products, or services.

A link does not mean SearchPify endorses or guarantees the linked website.

You access third-party websites at your own discretion and risk.

14. Sponsored and promoted content

SearchPify may offer sponsored products, featured placements, advertisements, promoted products, or sponsored brands.

Paid placements will be identified using labels such as:

  • Sponsored.

  • Advertisement.

  • Featured placement.

  • Promoted product.

  • Sponsored brand.

Payment for placement may affect where content appears. It does not guarantee a positive review, approval, ranking, endorsement, traffic, or sales.

15. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Submit products without ownership or permission.

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information.

  • Impersonate another person or business.

  • Create duplicate accounts to obtain free coins.

  • Copy, scrape, harvest, or download SearchPify content without permission.

  • Attempt to access another user’s account.

  • Disrupt or overload the platform.

  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful files.

  • Circumvent account, submission, payment, or security controls.

  • Manipulate listings, rankings, reviews, clicks, or referral data.

  • Use SearchPify for illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.

  • Submit counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or unsafe products.

  • Make unsupported medical, financial, environmental, or performance claims.

  • Use SearchPify trademarks or branding without permission.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy SearchPify’s protected systems.

SearchPify may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with lawful requests from regulators, payment providers, courts, law-enforcement agencies, or rights holders.

16. Intellectual property complaints

SearchPify respects intellectual-property rights.

A rights holder may request review or removal of allegedly infringing content by emailing:

The notice should include:

  • The complainant’s name and contact information.

  • Identification of the protected work, trademark, or material.

  • The SearchPify URL containing the disputed content.

  • An explanation of the alleged infringement.

  • Evidence of ownership or authority.

  • A statement that the complaint is accurate and made in good faith.

  • The complainant’s physical or electronic signature.

SearchPify may temporarily remove or restrict disputed content while reviewing a complaint.

Submitting false or misleading complaints is prohibited.

17. SearchPify intellectual property

SearchPify.com and its original content, branding, logo, interface, software, page layouts, graphics, systems, processes, databases, and materials are owned by or licensed to SearchPify.

These Terms do not transfer any SearchPify intellectual-property rights to you.

You may use SearchPify only for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from protected SearchPify materials without written permission.

18. Privacy

SearchPify’s collection and use of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy published on SearchPify.com.

By using SearchPify, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.

19. Platform availability

SearchPify may modify, update, suspend, interrupt, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform.

SearchPify does not guarantee that the website, account system, submissions, links, listings, or other features will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Maintenance, technical failures, cyber incidents, service-provider interruptions, legal requirements, or events beyond SearchPify’s control may affect availability.

20. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SearchPify and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

SearchPify does not guarantee:

  • Continuous platform availability.

  • Approval or publication.

  • Accuracy of information supplied by third-party sellers.

  • Product quality, safety, legality, or performance.

  • Seller reliability.

  • Search-engine indexing or ranking.

  • Referral traffic or commercial results.

  • That all errors will be corrected.

  • That third-party websites will remain available or secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SearchPify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes loss of profits, revenue, customers, opportunities, data, goodwill, search visibility, rankings, website traffic, or business interruption.

SearchPify is not responsible for disputes, losses, injuries, damages, shipping issues, refunds, returns, warranties, or transactions involving third-party sellers.

Where liability cannot be excluded, SearchPify’s total liability relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid directly to SearchPify during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

22. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SearchPify and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of SearchPify.

  • Your submitted products or content.

  • Your Shopify store.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your violation of applicable law.

  • Your infringement of another party’s rights.

  • Your lack of ownership, permission, or authority.

  • False, misleading, unsafe, or unlawful product claims.

  • A transaction between you and a shopper.

23. Suspension and termination

SearchPify may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or remove content when:

  • These Terms are violated.

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected.

  • Payment activity appears unauthorized.

  • Ownership or authorization cannot be verified.

  • A legal or intellectual-property complaint is received.

  • A product creates a safety, legal, or reputational risk.

  • SearchPify is required to act by law or a service provider.

  • Continued access may harm SearchPify or another party.

Termination does not create a right to a refund for free, purchased, unused, or used SearchPify Coins, except where required by applicable law.

Sections intended to survive termination will remain effective, including ownership, payment, authorization, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

24. Changes to these Terms

SearchPify may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, services, prices, policies, payment systems, legal obligations, or business operations.

Updated Terms will be published on SearchPify.com with a revised effective date.

Continued use of SearchPify after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact SearchPify at info@searchpify.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts with competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring the dispute in another location.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from requesting urgent relief to protect intellectual-property rights, confidential information, accounts, systems, or platform security.

26. General provisions

These Terms, together with SearchPify’s Privacy Policy, No Return and No Refund Policy, submission authorization, and any additional policies published on SearchPify.com, form the agreement between you and SearchPify.

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SearchPify’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without SearchPify’s written approval.

SearchPify may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a restructuring, financing, acquisition, merger, sale, or transfer of the platform or business.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of any provision.
